Laura Salter

Laura Salter represents clients in a variety of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial retail and office properties, industrial and rail-served projects, pad sites and vacant land. Laura has experience resolving complex title and access issues for commercial properties, including large shopping centers. Laura primarily caters to commercial developers and owner-operators, including those in industries such as rail, hospitality, multi-family housing, office space, and retail, and has worked on projects in over a dozen states throughout the West and beyond. While in law school, Laura studied transactional real estate and property law, and gained further advocacy experience as a student attorney in the law school’s clinical program.
