Laura draws upon her extensive experience as a federal government lawyer to provide clients with strategic advice in relation to domestic and international trade agreements, trade policies and regulations, federal and Ontario government procurement processes, policies and programs, customs compliance and compliance with Canada’s exports controls, economic sanctions, and controlled goods. She has also assisted public sector clients in the design of procurement processes, drafting procurement documents, advising on bidder issues and responding to legal challenges.
