In her 30 plus years of practice, Laura Kristin Sundberg has handled a wide variety of matters in the Trust and Estates arena. Laura gained practical experience as an Estate Tax Attorney with the Internal Revenue Service and from her work at SunTrust Bank, where she served the Trust Department as Fiduciary Counsel and managed the Estate, Guardianship and IRA Administration Departments.

Laura is a past Chair of the Florida Bar CLE Committee, a current Vice-Chair of the Professionalism and Ethics Committee, and the Past Chair of both the Attorney Trust Officer Liaison Conference, and multiple Conventions for the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and a longstanding member of its Executive Council.
