She advises private and public sector employers in the provincial and federal sector on various workplace matters related to labour relations, workplace investigations, employment agreements, workplace policies and procedures, drug and alcohol testing, employment litigation, human rights, and accommodation issues.
Laura has represented both unionized and non-unionized employers in different matters of labour and employment adjudication, including labour arbitrations, employment litigation, and human rights applications.
