Larry McCredy

Larry McCredy is a partner at RMP LLP in Springdale, Arkansas, where he represents individuals and businesses in Commercial Litigation and Construction Law matters. He joined the firm in 2011 and brings a background that combines legal training, public service, and real-world business experience. Larry earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, followed by a Master’s degree in Government from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Before entering private practice, Larry worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant and staff director in the U.S. House of Representatives. After relocating to Arkansas with his wife, Rebecca, Larry owned and operated construction-related companies. That experience provides practical insight into the legal and operational issues faced by employers, contractors, and business owners. Today, his legal practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, including employment-related disputes, as well as Construction Law matters involving contracts, project disputes, and business operations.
