Larry Libman is a partner at Wisconsin law firm Axley Brynelson, LLP, who focuses his practice in several areas, including representation of buyers, sellers and developers of all types of commercial, multi-family and single-family real estate projects; developers and owners of all types of condominium projects; representation of borrowers in complex real estate financing transactions; representation of landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions; contract negotiations of all types, including technology licensing; securities matters, general business transactions; entity formation and relationships between co-owners; and estate planning.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Libman has handled matters from the development of complex multi-use condominiums and hotel condominiums all over the country, structuring of large multi-investor businesses and real estate developments, negotiation of multi-million dollar loan transactions, to technology licensing agreements for clients dealing with customers all over the world. He routinely handles large transactions which involve multiple aspects, such as real estate development, construction and long term financing, entity formation and structuring of investor participation.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Libman was an owner/manager of a family-owned manufacturing company. He has spoken at various seminars about real estate law and other real estate-related topics. He has consistently been named one of Madison’s “Top Lawyers” by Madison Magazine in the areas of real property law, contracts law and securities law.
