Lance Milne is a founding partner of Mortensen & Milne, a Salt Lake City, Utah law firm representing individuals and families in complex civil litigation. Lance represents clients in Utah and across the United States in cases involving catastrophic workplace incidents, trucking collisions, oilfield accidents, aviation disasters, and other serious injury and wrongful death matters.
Through his work in high-stakes litigation, Lance has handled cases arising from commercial aviation incidents, defective products, industrial accidents, and transportation-related injuries. Before co-founding Mortensen & Milne, Lance represented corporations and insurance companies in civil litigation. Lance is admitted to practice in Utah, New Mexico, and Texas. He is active in the legal community and currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Utah Association for Justice.
