- Co-lead counsel for Ford Motor Company in antitrust/RICO litigation with claimed damages in excess of $3 billion. All thirteen counts, including antitrust and refusal to deal claims, dismissed by District Court and affirmed by Sixth Circuit on appeal.
- Co-lead counsel for a Fortune 100 company in Department of Justice investigation for alleged price fixing among competitors which resulted in no action being taken. Represented same client in putative civil class actions filed in multiple jurisdictions and obtained dismissal from all suits.
