Munson, former Senior United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York, from 2000 to 2001. From 1998 to 2000, he served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Gary L. Sharpe during Judge Sharpe’s tenure as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of New York.

- Obtained summary judgment for a contractor in an arbitration before the American Arbitration Association dismissing a breach of contract claim seeking $10 million in damages, with the arbitrator directing reimbursement of client fees and expenses.
- Argued an appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on behalf of an employee in a Title VII discrimination matter, resulting in reversal of the district court’s decision.
