Kyle Ferguson is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience and the founder of FBFK Law. He advises businesses across a broad range of transactions, working with companies at every stage of growth, from startups and emerging businesses to large, established organizations.
Kyle represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyout transactions. He also works with entrepreneurs and investors in venture capital financings, helping clients structure and complete transactions that support growth, investment, and long-term business goals.
In addition to his transactional practice, Kyle assists clients with capital-raising matters, including seed financings, venture capital financings, and private placements. He also advises clients on structuring relationships among business partners, shareholders, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Kyle has counseled clients across numerous industries, including logistics, disaster recovery, biofuels, telecommunications, manufacturing, software and multimedia, technology and network consulting, waste management, and real estate.
Kyle earned his B.A. in Management from Southern California College. He also earned his M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.
