Kyle Ruvolo

Kyle Ruvolo is an Associate at Houston's Heim, Payne & Chorush, focusing on patent litigation and antitrust lawsuits involving intellectual property patents. He efficiently identifies and analyzes the facts and law in legal disputes to cover every angle and deliver favorable resolutions for clients.

With an undergraduate degree in biology, Mr. Ruvolo leverages his scientific background in patent-related antitrust litigation against pharmaceutical companies that exploit patent laws to gain an unfair competitive advantage. His practice also includes patent infringement litigation, where critical thinking informs his approach to the tech- and science-based ideas at the core of the litigation.

Mr. Ruvolo earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was a Dean’s Scholar and completed the Branstetter Litigation & Dispute Resolution Program. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in neuroscience from Miami University.

He previously served as a summer clerk for U.S. Magistrate Gary R. Brown in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He also served as a summer law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, Civil Division.
