Kyle Melling

I am a partner at Lowe Trial Lawyers, with extensive knowledge of personal injury and civil rights law. I joined the firm in 2018 and was made partner in April 2023, and I focus my practice on personal injury, automotive product safety, automobile and trucking accidents, wrongful death and product liability. I began my career with a civil rights defense firm, where I defended both public and private entities in civil rights, tort, and labor and employment matters. That experience on the defense side gives me a unique perspective that helps me understand and anticipate the defenses and strategies opposing counsel may use, which allows me to represent plaintiffs more effectively and obtain the best possible outcome for my clients.

I earned my law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where I was a member of the moot court team and President of the Student Bar Association, and I was admitted to practice in Ohio in 2013. I serve on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. I also served on the Rainbow Babies and Children’s Foundation Associate Board, including as Secretary, Vice President, President and Trustee Chair. I was named a Super Lawyer in 2026 after being recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2018 to 2025.
