Kyle Hampson

Kyle Hampson is a partner and experienced lawyer with a substantive and ever-growing real estate and business law clientele. Providing practical and straightforward advice, Kyle’s top priority is exceptional service to all of his clients, both new and established. He relies on his broad past experiences to regularly counsel clients with respect to: the acquisition or sale of various types of properties (developmental, commercial, investor-based, residential, etc.); institutional and private financing transactions (secured and unsecured, syndicated lending, etc.); leasing matters; and various/miscellaneous real estate transactions (ie. severances, lot line adjustments, easements, property conversions, etc.). Kyle also advises and acts for clients with respect to various levels of corporation transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (share and asset based), corporate reorganizations and corporate financings. Relationships formed in the community are important to Kyle. He is a former Past-Chair of both the Guelph Chamber of Commerce and the Flamborough Chamber of Commerce. He also served a number of years as a Director and as the Treasurer of the Guelph & District Home Builders Association.
