Following college, Kyle attended Wake Forest University School of Law. While attending law school at Wake Forest, Kyle was a three-time recipient of the prestigious Dean Suzanne Reynolds Award for achieving the highest grade in his class. Kyle also served on the board of the Wake Forest Law Review and was one of three members of the Wake Forest Moot Court team to be selected to compete in the ABA National Moot Court competition, where they advanced to the National Finals. Kyle graduated from Wake Forest School of Law cum laude in 2021.
After graduating from law school, Kyle moved back to his home state of South Carolina, where he began his legal career representing Fortune 500 insurance companies and local businesses at a large defense firm. There, Kyle honed his legal skills and gained valuable knowledge, which he now leverages to fight for the rights of injured individuals. Since joining the South Carolina Bar in 2021, Kyle has been recognized by his peers as a member of Columbia Business Monthly’s “Legal Elite,” earned a spot on Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, and was selected for Super Lawyers' "South Carolina Rising Stars" list for 2025.
If Kyle is not hard at work fighting for his clients, you will likely find him on the golf course or antiquing with his beautiful wife, Claire. Kyle is an active member of Shandon Baptist Church in Columbia, South Carolina, and is regularly involved in giving back to his community.
