Biography
Kurt C. Peterson is a Portland, Oregon–based attorney who focuses on civil litigation and trial work. He represents governmental entities, businesses, insurers, and individuals in matters involving aviation, personal injury, property disputes, construction defect, employment, and insurance coverage.
Kurt has extensive trial experience, having tried more than 100 jury cases and over 70 arbitrations in Oregon and Washington. His practice includes representing clients in both state and federal courts.
In addition to his litigation practice, Kurt serves as a mediator and arbitrator. He handles alternative dispute resolution matters involving personal injury protection and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, as well as court-annexed, private, and contract-based arbitrations.
