Kseniia Gasiuk

Kseniia is an Associate in Sladen Legal’s Business Law Team, specialising in taxation and business structuring matters. She advises clients on achieving their commercial and taxation objectives through strategic, timely, and commercially focused solutions.

Kseniia holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Queensland and a Juris Doctor from Bond University. She has also completed a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Melbourne, specialising in tax law. She is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a member of The Tax Institute.

Her practice spans a broad range of tax matters, including trust taxation, corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, international tax, Division 7A, and indirect taxes. She is particularly experienced in advising on complex group structures, transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Sladen Legal, Kseniia practised in Queensland as a commercial and property lawyer, advising on business sales and acquisitions, commercial property transactions, covenants, easements, franchising, leasing, retirement villages, and strata title developments.

Her multidisciplinary background enables her to deliver practical, commercially grounded, and client-focused advice across sophisticated tax and business matters.
