Krisztián Tóth

Krisztian’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance with an emphasis on cross-border transactions, proxy contests and other contested matters, public and private financings, securities regulations and corporate governance.

Clients value his ability to balance commercial and legal aspects and the broad range of his transactional experience. He has expertise in the national and international mining and oil and gas sectors and routinely acts for clients based in Europe, Africa, Latin America, Canada and the United States.

Krisztián has particular expertise in mining finance including royalty, streaming and joint venture transactions and acts for both Canadian and international companies involved in takeover bids, plans of arrangement, domestic and cross-border offerings (both public and private), corporate reorganizations, stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure obligations and other regulatory compliance issues.

Krisztián also works with startup companies and regularly advises entrepreneurs, senior management, board of directors and special committees on a broad range of matters.
