Kristen Vigilant

Kristen Vigilant is an associate in the firm’s Commercial and Product Liability practice. She is experienced in representing businesses and insurers in a broad range of complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristen defended businesses in matters arising from claims for property damage, premises liability, and product defects. She also represented insurers in coverage disputes both before and during litigation. During law school, Kristen served as a judicial extern for the Honorable L. Scott Coogler in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and was Editor in Chief of the Law & Psychology Review.
