Dr. Felix Klemt primarily advises clients in the fields of real estate, building and corporate law. His work focuses on project developments, transactions, corporate formation and structuring and advising young, innovative companies. In addition, Felix Klemt provides guidance on the tax aspects of real estate and corporate law.

Timo Alte studied law at the University of Würzburg where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He undertook his legal training in Düsseldorf and also a legal internship in Sydney/Australia. Stephan Baur studied at the universities of Passau, Munich and Freiburg, where he also took his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He is currently a lecturer in private business law at the distance learning university HFH Hamburg. In addition, he is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and of supervisory boards of commercial companies.

K. Peter Mailänder studied at the universities of Tübingen, where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.), Munich, New York and Washington D.C. Additionally, he worked as Assistant at the Institute for European Economic Law in Munich. He is a member of diverse boards of corporations and foundations, also of the Media Control Commission KEK, and an honorary professor of the University of Hohenheim.

Before he joined our law firm, Dr. Norbert Hebeis headed the EU trademark department of a large US company (pharmaceuticals, consumer products) for ten years.
