Kirk Caraway

Kevin is a Member of Spicer Rudstrom’s Board of Directors and the Managing Member of the firm’s Memphis Office. His practice areas include tort liability defense, including catastrophic personal cases, trucking, and transportation cases, construction defect litigation, along with complex litigation. He is the Chair of the firm’s Construction, Construction Defect. He has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

A major focus of Mr. Crawford's practice is serving as a client relationship manager, advising clients on conflict avoidance, risk management and practice coordination. He is also a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation Group and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation including financial institution and general business disputes.
