Kimberly Hogan

Kimberly M. Hogan is a personal injury attorney with Fasig Brooks Law Offices in Tallahassee, Florida. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2026 in the practice area of Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs.

A native of Tallahassee, Kimberly (“Kimmy”) attended Maclay School from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade and remains a proud Maclay Marauder. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Florida State University in 2008 and a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from Florida State University in 2009. Kimmy graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2012.

During law school, Kimmy gained experience in several areas of litigation. As a member of the University of Florida Mock Trial Team, she developed courtroom skills through preparation for national mock trial competitions. She also participated on the International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team, where she studied counseling and advocacy in arbitration matters. In addition, Kimmy served as a co-mediator at the Alachua County Civil Justice Center and clerked at the First District Court of Appeal.

Kimmy is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts. Her practice includes personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, negligent security, and traumatic brain injuries.
