Kimberly A. Wallis

Kim Wallis is a Board-Certified Specialist in Family Law who has practiced exclusively in the area of family law for more than 25 years. Kim graduated with honors from NC State University. After obtaining her JD from Wake Forest Law School in 1995, Kim was a law clerk for The Honorable Ralph A. Walker at the N.C. Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Vitale Family Law, Kim was a partner at Gailor, Wallis & Hunt, PLLC (now, Gailor, Hunt, Davis, Taylor & Gibbs, PLLC). Kim has experience handling all aspects of family law, including, but not limited to, custody, child support, spousal support, complex equitable distribution cases and domestic appeals. Kim has presented at Continuing Legal Education Seminars on a variety of family law topics and has written articles published in the Family Forum. In addition, she has served on the Wake County Professionalism Committee.
