Kimberley is Counsel at Parlee, practising in insurance and commercial litigation. Her experience spans private practice and in-house counsel work with one of Canada’s largest insurers, giving her a firsthand understanding of how disputes look from both sides of the table.
She is also a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med.) and regularly helps clients resolve disputes through negotiation, settlement meetings, judicial dispute resolution and mediation. Her approach is informed by both her litigation experience and her ability to understand what matters to the people on the other side of a dispute.
Before joining Parlee, Kimberley began her career with a leading international firm in Toronto before moving to Calgary. Outside the office, she spends much of her time chasing her family down ski hills, cycling, walking the family dog and playing golf.
