Kim is a senior associate specializing in civil litigation, family law, and appeals. With a diverse litigation background, she has handled cases involving real estate disputes, insurance bad faith, construction defects, commercial litigation, business torts, and family law. Kim thrives on problem-solving, strategic legal writing, and crafting creative solutions to help clients navigate complex legal challenges in both state and federal courts. She represents individuals, homeowners, businesses, and community associations, always prioritizing her clients’ needs with a thoughtful and strategic approach.

Kim also has extensive experience handling high-stakes appeals in civil and family law cases. Her deep understanding of appellate procedure, legal research, and persuasive brief writing enables her to guide clients through the complexities of the appeals process with precision. She has successfully represented clients before the Colorado Supreme Court and Colorado Court of Appeals, handing cases involving a broad range of issues, such as constitutional law, civil rights, business disputes, and real estate litigation.

Whether challenging an adverse ruling or defending a hard-earned victory on appeal, Kim brings meticulous analysis, compelling advocacy, and sharp legal insight to every case. Kim earned her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where she served as a teaching assistant for a legal writing professor, helping students refine their research and writing skills. She gained hands-on litigation experience as a student attorney in a consumer dispute clinic and was selected to compete in an annual negotiation competition hosted by the American Bar Association.

Outside of her legal practice, Kim enjoys skiing, traveling, aviation, and spending time with family. A former competitive athlete, she has run marathons, worked as a ski instructor, and even competed as a contestant on American Ninja Warrior (Season 7).
