Kim Boyer

Kim Boyer is an attorney with Boyer Law Group in Las Vegas, Nevada, focusing her practice on Elder Law and related estate planning matters. She is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and assists individuals and families with probate, trust administration, guardianships, trusts, powers of attorney, and long-term care planning. Ms. Boyer earned her A.B. degree in Mathematics, summa cum laude, from San Diego State University, and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, she served as an editor of the law review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Ms. Boyer is licensed to practice law in Nevada and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Guardianship Association, and she is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to assist with veterans’ benefits. Ms. Boyer is a co-author of Alzheimer’s and Dementia: A Practical and Legal Guide for Nevada Caregivers, published by the University of Nevada, Reno Press. She also publishes a monthly newsletter addressing legal and practical issues affecting seniors and their families and regularly speaks on Elder Law topics throughout Nevada. Ms. Boyer is one of a small number of Nevada attorneys registered with the State Bar of Nevada as certified in Elder Law.
