Kiley is a specialist insurance and construction lawyer with 20 years’ experience resolving disputes on behalf of local and UK-based insurers and private companies as well as front-end contract negotiation.Kiley is passionate about driving change at all levels so, in addition to her practice, she recently became a member of Sparke Helmore’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Kiley specialises in financial lines, liability and construction, with a particular emphasis on professional indemnity, directors’ and officers’, management liability, commercial crime, cyber, product recall, property damage, ISR and office bearers. She also provides front-end construction advice, including contract negotiation and risk management.Kiley’s practice focuses on high value, commercially complex and sensitive matters, indemnity issues and large scale disputes, including class actions. She has experience across a variety of jurisdictions throughout Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South East Asia.

Kiley works with private companies in the construction industry, as well as Australian and overseas insurers, Lloyd’s syndicates, underwriting agencies, brokers, TPAs and insured organisations that manage their own under deductible claims.
