He has extensive experience in all aspects of financings including asset-based lending, factoring, loan syndication, securitization, equipment leasing, retail floor planning, real estate, mine and consumer financings, as well as acquisition and project financings. His practice also focuses on turnarounds, private equity, second lien and other forms of subordinated lending.
He regularly represents Canadian, American and international banks, commercial lenders and other financial institutions as well as borrowers in connection with complex secured and unsecured credit facilities.
