Kevin Mailloux

Kevin Mailloux regularly represents financial institutions as well as alternate lenders, trustees, debtor companies and other stakeholders in insolvency, bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

He also works on litigation cases in banking, commercial and real estate law. Kevin has expertise in the field of expropriation law and regularly acts for expropriated parties (including tenants) against different levels of government and public entities.

Prior to studying law, Kevin worked in the North American road transportation industry and was a research assistant to Professor Patrick Dumberry in the field of international investment law.
