Kevin Berry is a shareholder in the Mass Tort/Class Action group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Over the last 34 years, he has represented more than 5,000 victims of occupational and environmental injuries in New York and New Jersey, including those caused by asbestos, lead, toxic chemicals, and defective equipment. In addition to representing various tradespeople, Mr. Berry also represents individuals who have been injured by defective pharmaceutical products and dangerous consumer products, in connection with consumer fraud, hazardous products, and health care fraud.
