Mr. Collins began his legal career as a federal law clerk before serving as a state prosecutor. His background in both prosecution and defense gives him insight into the criminal justice system and courtroom procedures. He is Board Certified in Criminal Law and Juvenile Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He previously served as Chair of the Texas Bar Juvenile Law Section and has been involved with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers as a Sentencing Committee member.
