Kevin K. Graham

Kevin Graham is counsel in the Intellectual Property and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Groups. His practice focuses on intellectual property enforcement and litigation. Kevin brings over 20 years of experience representing clients in disputes on matters relating to patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets and industrial designs, as well as IP related contractual and competition law issues.

Kevin has extensive advocacy experience, having represented clients before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Canada, as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta. Kevin regularly appears before the Canadian Patent Appeal Board and Trademarks Opposition Board and has substantive experience with arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution processes.

Kevin also has significant experience providing clients with sophisticated advice on all forms of intellectual property protection and management, including providing infringement and validity opinions, as well as the preparation and prosecution of trademark, industrial design and patent applications. Kevin has been a registered trademark agent since 1998, and a registered patent agent since 2000.
