Kevin Rubin has built a formidable reputation for representing clients with honesty, integrity, and efficiency. He has dedicated his law career exclusively to family law and is passionate about providing clients with highly personalized service.
Kevin graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2008 and is licensed to practice law in Georgia with admissions to the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and all Georgia State Trial Courts. Kevin received a Master’s of Science in Information Systems Technology (MSIST) and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) from George Washington University in 2001.
Kevin is a Fellow in the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).
Kevin has been recognized by Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, Doyle’s Guide, and Georgia Trend Legal Elite for his legal acumen.
Kevin is a member of various legal associations and organizations that include the State Bar of Georgia’s Family Law Section, Atlanta Bar Association’s Family Law Section, and Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court. Kevin serves on the Executive Committee of the State Bar of Georgia’s Family Law Section. Kevin was the Chair of the Board of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Family Law Section in bar year 2025-2026. Kevin is an Officer on the Board of the Georgia Chapter of the AAML. Kevin is a faculty member of the AAML Institute for Family Law Associates and serves on many committees of the AAML, including in various leadership positions.
A native of Philadelphia, Kevin lives in suburban Atlanta with his wife and children. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and avidly cheering for the Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Eagles.
