Kevin has been involved in matters involving many different industries including retail, healthcare, manufacturing and energy. He also provides opinions on enforceability, substantive non-consolidation, true sale and other creditors' rights matters.
Kevin is active in the local, state and national legal communities through his active membership in the Delaware Rodney Inn of Court, the Delaware Bankruptcy Inn of Court, the Delaware State Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Kevin also volunteers his time for the Office of Child Advocate as an attorney guardian ad litem for children in the foster care system.
Kevin graduated cum laude from Delaware Law School (formerly Widener School of Law) where he was the editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. During law school, Kevin was an extern for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Virginia.
