Kevin M. Foltmer is a Senior Associate in Peckar & Abramson’s River Edge, NJ office, where he concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction litigation.
Kevin represents contractors and other businesses in litigation in state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining private practice, Kevin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, (Ret.), Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts.
