Kevin Foltmer

Kevin M. Foltmer is a Senior Associate in Peckar & Abramson PC’s River Edge, New Jersey office. His practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, and Litigation – Construction, with particular attention to disputes arising from complex construction and business matters.

Based in River Edge, New Jersey, Kevin represents contractors, developers, and other businesses in a wide range of disputes. His work includes representing clients in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration proceedings involving construction claims, contract issues, and related commercial litigation matters.

Before entering private practice, Kevin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Contillo (Ret.), Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts. In that role, he gained valuable experience with motion practice, judicial decision-making, and complex civil litigation.
