Kevin Cheng

Kevin Cheng is a corporate lawyer with experience advising clients on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate law matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Cheng was a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York, where he represented private and public company clients primarily in capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. Mr. Cheng also previously completed a secondment at Credit Suisse in New York, where he focused on investment banking and capital markets transactions.
