Kevin Bastuba

Kevin Bastuba is a patent attorney and Patent Group Chair at Founders Legal in Atlanta, Georgia. His practice centers on Intellectual Property Law and Patent Law, advising companies on securing and scaling patent protection in the United States and internationally. He works with clients to develop patent portfolios that support product commercialization, competitive positioning, and long-term business objectives.

Kevin regularly develops and implements patent prosecution strategies for technology-driven companies, from venture-backed startups to established multinational organizations. His work includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications, coordinating international filing programs, and advising on post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
