Kevin Anthony Custodio

Kevin A. Custodio is a partner in the Corporate Group. His practice primarily focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies as well as private equity and venture capital. Kevin’s experience includes advising several Canadian and foreign clients in acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and general commercial negotiations across industry sectors. He is a member of the Montréal office’s Students & Stagiaires Committee, which oversees recruitment for this office. He is also a member of the firm's Professional & Ethics Committee.
