Ken Mundy is a partner with Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A., where he represents individuals and families in Family Law matters in Naples, Florida and throughout Collier County. He earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2016, graduating summa cum laude. Originally from New Jersey, Ken moved to Naples with his family in 1997 and continues to reside in the area with his wife, Taylor.
Ken’s practice is focused on Family Law, including divorce, complex asset division, child custody and timesharing disputes, child support and alimony matters, relocation cases, paternity actions, and domestic violence proceedings. He is a Certified Financial Litigator and regularly works on cases involving detailed financial analysis. Ken also handles Family Law arbitration and mediation, assisting clients who prefer alternative dispute resolution methods to address family law issues outside of the courtroom.
Throughout his practice, Ken emphasizes clear communication and practical guidance, helping clients understand the legal process and the potential implications of their decisions. He works closely with each client to address their individual circumstances while navigating the legal requirements of Florida Family Law.
In addition to his legal work, Ken is actively involved in the Naples community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Meals of Hope and the Naples Junior Chamber, nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting local families and strengthening the community.
