Kenneth J. Miller, who has been a partner with the firm since 2002, focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, personal injury and administrative law. He has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s top “AV” rating for his high professional and ethical standards. He attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting with honors in 1987 and a law degree with honors in 1990.
Mr. Miller is admitted to The Florida Bar (1990). He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. His professional affiliations include the American and Broward County Bar Associations. He also serves on The Florida Bar Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee.
