Ken focuses his practice on class actions involving wage and hour, FLSA, California Labor Code and EEO matters. Sulzer specializes in complex class-action litigation and has represented and advised clients on a wide variety of matters, including labor-management relations, trade secrets and non-compete issues, discrimination litigation, U.S. Department of Labor investigations, and on issues involving employment tax, drug testing, employee privacy, sexual harassment law, and OSHA.
