Biography
Ken focuses his practice on class actions involving wage and hour, FLSA, California Labor Code and EEO matters. He is widely recognized as one of the top lawyers in his field, frequently quoted by national media and called upon to serve as an expert witness or consultant in major wage & hour class action matters.
Sulzer specializes in complex class-action litigation and has represented and advised clients on a wide variety of matters, including labor-management relations, trade secrets and non-compete issues, discrimination litigation, U.S. Department of Labor investigations, and on issues involving employment tax, drug testing, employee privacy, sexual harassment law, and OSHA.
Prior to joining Constangy, Ken was a partner at Proskauer Rose and Seyfarth Shaw.
