Kenneth D. “Kenny” Veit is an Equity Member of Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC, serving clients in Brentwood, Nashville, and throughout Tennessee. He has practiced law since 2003, with a focus on workers’ compensation defense and employment-related matters for employers.
Mr. Veit represents employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters at the administrative, trial, and appellate levels. He also advises and represents management in employment law matters, helping clients address workplace issues and related disputes.
Mr. Veit is an active member of ALFA International’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group, where he served as Practice Group Chair in 2022. He also serves on the ALFA steering committee. His professional memberships include the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.
Mr. Veit regularly presents educational programs on Tennessee workers’ compensation law for employers and insurance companies.
