Kenneth A. Novikoff

Kenneth A. Novikoff is a senior partner and trial attorney with Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, New York, where he practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Novikoff represents management in Employment Law and Labor Law matters in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

His practice includes representing public and private corporations, municipalities, and individuals in complex commercial litigation and high-exposure disputes.
