Kenneth A. Novikoff

Philip is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He prosecutes complex civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, medical suppliers, and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Philip worked for one of Nassau County’s premiere boutique law firms, where he focused his practice on criminal defense, criminal record sealing, and dietary supplement and sports nutrition regulation.

Philip is also a former Assistant District Attorney with the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, where he was responsible for the prosecution of felonies as part of the County Court Trial Bureau. He has tried multiple jury and bench trials, and was formerly assigned to high litigation specialty courtrooms devoted to DWI offenses.
