Kelsey Peck is an Associate Attorney at ACHWG. Kelsey focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, insurance defense, civil litigation, construction litigation, asbestos/toxic tort, and product liability.
She attended Seattle University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Non-Profit Administration. She graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law.
During law school, Kelsey served as president of the Moot Court Board; served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William E. Smith of the United States District Court of the District of Rhode Island; and was a teaching assistant for Professional Legal Writing, Professional Responsibility, and National Security law.
