Kelly Moffet-Burima

Kelly Moffet-Burima's practice focuses on three main areas: complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, and professional liability.

Kelly has acted in a broad range of matters, including contractual disputes in the energy and construction sectors, fraud claims, actions involving breaches of fiduciary duty and breaches of confidence, lien claims involving both owners and contractors, and professional negligence actions where she defends architects, engineers, lawyers, and financial advisors.

Kelly has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta. She has also acted as counsel in several arbitrations and mediations.
