Kelly J. Noyes

Kelly Noyes is a Shareholder in the Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group and co-Chair of the Class Actions Section.

Kelly specializes in complex business litigation, particularly in the areas of contract disputes, business torts, insurance coverage, ERISA, environmental disputes, collections and consumer litigation defense, appeals, and toxic torts. Kelly pairs her knowledge of the law with a passion for understanding her clients’ businesses, so she can achieve cost-effective resolutions to clients’ problems, both in and out of the courtroom. She partners with businesses of all sizes – from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies – and has particular experience in the health care sector, working with providers, payers, and vendors to resolve disputes and implement procedures to avoid future litigation.

Kelly regularly litigates in both state and federal courts throughout the country, including litigating appeals before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
