Kelly Hannan

Kelly practices energy, commercial and securities litigation. He has extensive experience with claims in the oil & gas, construction, and securities industries. He acts as counsel for investment dealers, investment advisors and investors in securities regulation, investigation and enforcement matters, and other investment related claims. Kelly has argued cases at all levels of court in Alberta, the Tax Court of Canada, securities regulatory tribunals, and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization.
