Kelcie brings close to 15 years of experience in business and health care law. She understands the needs of her clients and provides creative solutions for their problems. Kelcie chairs the Gordon Feinblatt's EMERGE program for start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Kelcie has significant experience representing clients in the medical field, including medical practices, individual doctors, and medical tech companies in mergers and acquisitions. She also represents clients before administrative agencies, including False Claims Act and licensure defense.
She advises corporate clients in drafting complex transactional agreements, and structuring corporate governance, including limited liability company operating agreements, corporate by-laws, and joint-venture agreements. Kelcie focuses on businesses that have specialized licenses or approvals, including professional licenses, liquor licenses, and federal contracts.
