Keith M. Pattiz has extensive experience in the areas of commercial leasing, financing, sales and acquisitions, hotel transactions, joint ventures and real estate workout matters. He has provided legal representation to a wide variety of clients, including major residential, office, hotel and shopping center developers, hotel operators, lending institutions, and US and non-US investors. Keith is head of the Firm's Real Estate Group.
