Keith Maples has represented individuals and families in family law matters for more than 30 years.
Based in Austin, Texas, Keith practices with Noelke Maples St. Leger Bryant LLP, where his work centers on complex divorce and family law cases. His experience includes matters involving significant property divisions, business valuations, tracing of separate property, trusts, and custody and parenting issues, including cases involving children with special needs.
In addition to litigation, Keith regularly serves as a mediator and arbitrator, helping families work toward practical and durable resolutions outside the courtroom. His recognized practice areas include Family Law, Family Law Mediation, and Collaborative Law: Family Law. He is also a frequent author and speaker on topics related to representing parents of children with special needs and addressing complex financial issues in divorce.
Keith has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1997. He has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) since 2013 and previously served as Chair of the Texas Chapter of the AAML.
Originally from Galena Park, Texas, Keith moved to Austin shortly after graduating from South Texas College of Law and began building his family law practice in the community he continues to serve today. He lives in the Barton Hills area with his wife, Nikki, also a family lawyer, and their family. Outside of work, Keith enjoys running on the Town Lake Trail, sailing, visiting local farmers’ markets, and snowboarding with his children.
