Mr. Lapuyade is a frequent lecturer in for-credit continuing legal education and private seminars on issues relating to litigation, estate litigation, insurance coverage, and risk assessment. He provides consultation in risk management strategic business planning, and asset protection.
Mr. Lapuyade graduated from Louisiana State University (B.A. 1981) and earned his Juris Doctor from O.W. Coburn School of Law in 1986. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Oklahoma, United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Lapuyade is a Member of the Colorado and Arapahoe County Bar Associations, American Association for Justice, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He is a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation and the Arapahoe County Bar Foundation.
